The application will use the spot metal prices from Kitco.com to update the prices of your products.
Product Prices will be updated every 30 minutes. For Bullion Traders, the update interval can be reduced to 15 minutes.

We provide 3 days of free trial with all plans. You will be charged only if you continue to use the application after the trial period. You will not be charged if you cancel within the trial period.

Developement Stores will receive a 7 days of free usage. This is only applicable when the Shopify Billing is not configured and your Shopify Plan is 'Development'.

By default, you can choose between 2 of the most commonly used formula. But we understand that pricing should be based on your needs.
You can customize the Formula, Field Name, Field Unit (Currency or Percentage), Decimal Places, etc as per your needs. If you would like customize or change the formula, please contact us.
You can configure the Stop Loss Price per gram for Gold, Silver, and Palladium. If the spot metal price is less than the Stop Loss Price set by you, then the application will use the Stop Loss Price to update the prices.
This feature is a boon when the market is volatile or margins are low. You can enable or disable this feature on the app settings.
Not only at the App Level, you can also set a Bottom Price at the Variant Level. So the price of the variant will never go below the threshold you set.
No. But we provide all the tools to build one. If you do not have a developer to assist you, our developers will help you out in adding a customized Metal Price Bar to your website.
The prices displayed on the Metal Price Bar will be refresh automatically.
